Thanks to all who joined us at our 21st Annual Great Grown-Up
Spelling Bee at the Julia Ideson Library! It was a huge success,
thanks to chairs Isabel and Danny David and Heather and Rob Safi,
with major support from our gracious honorees, Linsay and Jeremy
Radcliffe. The beautiful and brilliant group brought out a
glamorous crowd of 230 people in support of Houston's literacy.
With their help, HCL raised more than $155,000 for literacy
services in Houston and cultivated strong partnerships with future
literacy advocates for years to come.
